March 16, 2007 Updates
- The guest
list on the resident's "My Info" screen is now in alphabetical order by the first
character in the name
- Residents can
edit their information on the "My Info" screen if this is an option the community elects
for them to have.
- Added “Forgot
Your Password” functionality:
- A
new button “Password Question” has been added to the Resident Info
screen.
- This
allows residents to select a question that will be asked if they forget
their password.
- The
resident provides the answer and saves it to the system.
- If a
resident has forgotten their password, click on the “Forgot Your Password?”
link under the login section.
- The
resident will be prompted for Last Name, First Name and Address. These must be typed exactly as they are
in the system.
- If a
question/answer combination exists for that resident, they will be asked
that question.
- If
the answer they provide is correct, they will be prompted for an email
address to send the password to.
- The
resident will then be emailed their user id/password at that email
address.
- Updated
the menu buttons so that clicking, in Internet Explorer, anywhere on the button, not just the text, activates the menu option.
- Added
the ability to search by Car, Tag or Barcode on the Vendor Search screen
- Added
a ‘Delete’ column to the Image Search grid

The web link has been changed from http://www.e-ezgate.net to https://www.e-ezgate.net for EZGate to run under Secure Sockets for better security. Both links will work for a period of a month. After that, only the Secured Sockets link will work.
